How to Order:

  1. Select the Guide(s) you want to order from the Guide List. You can also download it in PDF
  2. Download the Guide Order Form. PDF
  3. Orders are based on the number of teachers in your school or district. Please calculate price per Guide on the actual number of teachers. We trust you!
  4. Fill in all sections of the Order Form thoroughly. Include email address and contact person to email the Guides. (Forms not filled out properly cannot be processed.)
  5. Make sure you clearly write the Title, Volume, and Issue number for each Guide.
  6. Subtotal and add tax of 8% to subtotal to get the Total amount. (Shipping and handling is not necessary unless you wish Guides sent to you on CD or zip disk. Contact us for specific information.)
  7. Fax or mail your purchase order to CalSAVE for processing. See FOR ORDERING INFORMATION CLICK HERE above.
