Awesome Library
Web-Based K-12 Education Online Resources

Awesome Library Browser for Children

ALBC does the following:

  1. Provides green space in the form of the Awesome Library and, if schools or libraries choose, provides a link to their own Web sites on the toolbar at the top of each page.
  2. Checks for a designation that only hard core adult sites use. Does not allow hard core adult Web pages to load.
  3. Does not allow popup ads (unless you select to allow them).

ALBC does not censor controversial sites. It is designed to protect young children from exposure to graphic adult sites, nothing more. If the school or library does not want the program, it is easily removed.

ALBC can be downloaded for free to see if you like it. After the trial period, the license to continue is $15. Substantial discounts are available for schools, libraries, and PTAs.

A fuller description of the program is available here. Click Here to Download a trial version of ALBC. When you are ready to order, send your purchase order to CalSAVE. See FOR ORDERING INFORMATION CLICK HERE above.
