Company Profile

Sound Video Systems (AVRover) manufactures and distributes portable AV systems and which are sold through its international network of dealers and distributors. Branded the AVRover, our most popular model the SVS200 addresses the specific concerns of the educational user - security, reliability, ease of use, flexibility, durability and cost. One of our most recent models, the "Puppy" - a table top version, was designed specifically for the conference room where there is an immovable table in the center of the room. AVRover is also the exclusive distributor of the ONfinity products in North America. The ONfinity CM2 Max is one of the fastest growing interactive products on the market. It turns any projected image instantly into an interactive whiteboard. It can be mounted inside an AVRover next to the projector, mounted to the ceiling and as a standalone product.

AVRover is a limited liability Company. The business began as part of Sound Video Solutions of WNY, LLC (an AV dealer and contractor established in 2002). Located in Buffalo New York, the manufacturing portion of the business was separated and a new entity was formed in December 2004.

The AVRover website (www.avrover.com) provides information and technical support for the products we sell. We will provide live demos as needed to end users and to individual school districts by using our dealer and rep network. We will regularly host webinars for existing and future dealers and end users to provide information on existing products and introduce new products. We will prominently display the Digital Edge contract information on our website in our Newsletters. We will provide the same information to our authorized dealers and will support them at various trade shows, expos and school districts that request demonstration and/or equipment for evaluation purposes.

AVRover utilizes a dealer network to distribute our products. Please contact any of the AVRover's authorized dealers to place orders, track orders, and obtain return authorizations. Click here to view AVRover's dealers. All purchase orders should be sent directly to the dealer of your choice utilizing their order taking policy. The dealer then issues a P.O. to AVRover where we manufacture your product. The standard lead time for any product is 14 days however, for larger order the lead time may be longer.

All calls are logged and tracked until the problem is resolved. We always attempt to resolved the problem in the quickest most efficient way possible
